It has been a busy and exciting start to the year for the Tudor House Rugby Program, with students taking part in a range of experiences that have challenged and developed them both on and off the field.
The season kicked off with the Yass Rugby Tour, where our Under 10, 11 and 12 teams travelled to Yass to compete in a round-robin tournament against four regional rugby clubs. The boys played with heart, resilience and strong team spirit, showing great promise across all levels.
Shortly after, selected students headed to The King’s School Rugby Camp, where they gained valuable insight and coaching from one of the country’s top school rugby programs. Staying overnight in Gowan Brae, students not only deepened their rugby knowledge, but also experienced a taste of boarding life in King’s, a memorable opportunity for all involved.
Looking ahead, preparations have already begun for a major highlight in the rugby calendar – our New Zealand Rugby tour, taking place in June 2026. This promises to be a once-in-a-lifetime experience for our players, offering international competition and unforgettable memories.
The commitment, energy and camaraderie shown so far this season have been outstanding. With plenty more to come, 2025 is shaping up to be a brilliant year for Rugby at Tudor House.
